What we’re building
700 million people work remotely. The infrastructure to actually hire and pay them across borders is stuck in 2015 — a patchwork of local lawyers, payment workarounds, and spreadsheets held together with hope.
We’re the layer that absorbs all of that. One platform. 242 countries. Compliant contracts, named legal entities, on-time payouts. The operational chain of global hiring — handled quietly in the background.
Our long-term direction: until payroll stops being a task anyone has to do at all.
How we work
Honesty
We talk openly about everything. A teammate sees an error in someone’s work — they don’t stay quiet, they bring it up. When someone makes a mistake, the focus is on the lesson, not the blame. Feedback is part of how we ship, not a ceremony once a year.
Speed through high-agency
Better to ship than wait for approvals. A new PM joined and pushed a homepage proposal in week two — they didn’t ask permission, they brought a draft. Someone spots a problem outside their lane — they reach in, because the company matters more than turf. Trust, then verify.
