Finshell pay is affiliated with a Southeast Asian Taiwanese conglomerate that owns numerous listed companies in multiple Southeast Asian countries. Our main focus is in the field of financial technology, operated through a Taiwanese listed company under the conglomerate named Wiselink (https://wiselink.tw/en/). Wiselink has a market capitalization of 260 million USD. Originally engaged in the zipper business for clothing, the company transitioned to fintech as decided by the conglomerate.

In March 2023, we successfully launched our APP Finshell pay, and our Monthly Active Users has already reached 17 million with a total customer base of over 70 million users. We plan to obtain both loan and payment licenses in Q2 2024, with the intention of commencing loan operations in July 2024.

As of now, our payment team is based in Singapore, while our loan team operates from Beijing. Shareholders have approved a total investment of 700 million USD for the loan project.
